The Pereira vs. Procházka 2 fight will take place in Las Vegas on June 30, replacing the main event. It’s set to be a world-class BIG SHOW with the Czech flag at the forefront. T-Mobile Arena without McGregor: Conor is injured and won’t be able to fight
There had been speculation for quite some time that McGregor would not participate. Indeed, the Irish fighter, who has become a major draw for the American UFC competition, will not take part in the long-awaited fight against Michael Chandler. According to the UFC, the reason is an injury.
Prochazka is ready and motivated to bring the belt back to Europe
At the last minute and with minimal preparation, both Prochazka and Pereira have signed the contract. Initially, both fighters agreed to a rematch in a few months. However, they did not know that UFC management would offer them a spot as the main event replacement at the upcoming UFC 303 tournament in Vegas.
